From Home Tradition to Café Culture
It all began with brewing Hong Kong milk tea for my parents as a child, paired with our weekend ritual of marmalade butter toast and afternoon tea at home. Those moments, along with visits to Cha Chaan Tengs (Hong Kong cafés), sparked a lifelong love for this iconic drink. What started as a family tradition grew into an obsession — and ultimately, a mission to share true, authentic Hong Kong–style milk tea with the rest of the world.
I just used this tea for Hong Kong style Milk tea and it is so good! I liked it really much. I will buy it again.
